Shinspiration: Ending "Us vs. Them”

We are at a time in history where the illusion of a separate self - with its unprocessed fear, aggression, and destructiveness - threatens all life systems on our planet. More than ever, we need practices that can evolve consciousness from ‘self vs. other’ and ‘us vs. them’ to ‘we’ practices that motivate us to act on behalf of our collective well-being.
